Did Jesus die for the sins of all people or only of those He knew would become Christians? And if He did die for all people’s sins, then why would we not say that everyone will be saved?
I was raised in the Lutheran church. When the Lord’s Prayer was said, it ended in “Thine is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory Forever. Amen.” This is not actually part of the prayer. Do you know how it got to be said?
What are the prerequisites for partaking in the Lord’s Supper? Is it for the baptized Christians only?
